In the OpenOffice program it works with diverse office formats, but sometimes you lose time saving three versions of the same document separately. For this case a free application has been created: Multisave. as the name suggests it saves multiple files at the same time.
What Multisave does is save your file in OpenDocument, MS Office, and in PDF. It is a small add-on for OpenOffice and to make it work you need to activate it from the OpenOffice add-on administrator. A highly practical tool that will save you time.
